Connection calls are an opportunity for us to connect and see whether I am the right person to support you. During this free 15 minute call via telephone, we can explore where you are at and which of my offerings will be most suitable for you.

Holistic Counselling

A 50 minute Holistic Counselling session via Google Meet. This may include a range of therapy types based on your needs and preferences. A few of these are Reiki, counselling, and EFT.

$75 (concession, and low fee options available)

A special point about hypnotherapy…

If you're interested in hypnotherapy, it's important to understand that there may be multiple sessions involved. The first session is dedicated to understanding the issue you're facing in-depth. This allows us to outline the root cause, clarify your goals, and ensure we tailor the therapy to your specific needs. Once we’ve established a solid foundation, the hypnosis session/s will follow, designed to guide you toward the changes you're seeking in a focused and effective way. Each step is crucial to achieving lasting, meaningful results.

Want some ongoing energetic support?

Join me every week for a calming, healing, and restorative distant Reiki Session from the comfort of your home.

🕒 Duration : 30 minutes per session
💲 Cost : $30/month for 4 sessions, or 5 on months with the strange extra days!
🌐 Where : Your place. As this is distant Reiki, I will let you know the day and time Reiki will be sent to you. If you’re able to sit and relax, excellent! If not, Reiki will always find you and work to your highest good.
